willHA Django_Unhinged some units had stability issues at higher bass and volumes so they downgraded the bass and transparency as a fix for those units, but that left the units without any issue with a massive downgrade
willHA Django_Unhinged I made a suggestion and they said they would fix this in a update within 2 weeks, so at least they have good customer service.
Jordying fix within 2 weeks? really ? unacceptable. makes me really mad. always give users the option the reverd back to previous firmware. i cannot use it right now. now i have a 300 euro paperweight and my vacation is just 7 days away. i think i have to go to the store and buy something else. and the fiwmware was not my only issue the first one i bought was faulty, the right driver was broken. the second one did not want tot charge. and now the thirt one has this bs firmware issue.. QC en firmware is a problem for nothing. it does not give me any trust that they wil fix this asap. sorry for my rant but this is beond acceptable!

Excel This was the update that fixed Headphone (1) crackling with deep basses. Now in .1.74 doesn’t even sound good. An angel lost its wings. 🕊️🕊️🕊️
