Headphone 1 membrane crackles when moving head - help

Hej guys,

today i bought my Headphone 1, sounds good, feels great…but if i move my head it feels a bit like there is an negative pressure inside and the membrane is crackling shortly…i can reproduce it even when i push one speaker soft against my head… have someone the same? is it normal? or should i replace it at the store?

MartinTadeo ty for the reply. I`ve exchange mine two days after at the store and the new one still have the same thing, i guess it seems to be normal if they sealed very strong at the head…. with a cap on my head they are not fitting that good and nothing crackles… maybe it would be better after while of wearing them.

SickzRebelution Ya maybe, I read some other posts on here that said they had a crackling issue too. It seems to be something with the ANC. Someone in the thread contacted support and they received an early firmware update that fixed the issue. Hopefully they push this out publically soon.

Update Aug 4/25:

Just wanted to write an update. Opened the Nothing X app and saw a new firmware update 1.0.1.72. After updating, this fixed my issues with the crackling
