Streamlined Ticket System (Features/Bugs)

Wouldn’t it make sense to introduce a well-structured ticket system for the community, developers, and designers to submit specific ideas or improvement suggestions?

For example, I recently switched from my Pixel 7 Pro to the Nothing Phone (3), and the look of the photos is far superior to the Pixel’s. Pixel photos were so flat and washed-out, while with the Nothing Phone (3), the photos are simply beautiful in most cases right out of the camera. However, I recently noticed in a twilight photo that LED lettering with yellow-white LEDs is rendered as a cheddar yellow color, which doesn’t look great. I would log this in a ticket system for the camera processing algorithm.

As a developer, I suspect you could implement improvements or extend your lead much faster this way.

shipaviu I have already submitted a few times feedback through the phone feedback utility and Nothing custom support replied to all of these tickets in less than 24 hours. I’ve never seen any smartphone company reacting that fast to user feedback before

Are you suggesting something more structured and transparent to the end user than this?

georgios1 Yes, I thought of a web portal kind of thing maybe a more user friendly frontend for GitHub with only the needed features implemented to let the user give feedback. The advantage would be from my point of view that there are less issues submitted multiple times which from my perspective needs a fair amount of man power that can be better used elsewhere.

It is really awesome to hear how great the response times are. Thank you for that info.

I thought a bit how to make the work easier on Nothings side and just dropped the idea even if the Team has something else in mind or another approach.
