For context: I’m now on my second pair of Ear (a)s; I got a replacement under warranty for my 1st one since the right bud was draining rapidly (which I noticed happened after an update a few months into owning the unit).
Not even a single week into using my second pair, and now an entirely new issue’s come along: all my devices (tried on both a Phone (3a) and an iPad Air 5) just cannot detect the left bud. I’ve tried forgetting the device, re-pairing it, switching my devices on and off–all to no avail. I can’t even update the firmware on these things since the case won’t detect the left earbud to begin with.
By far the weirdest part is the fact that the little light on the lower lefthand side of the case turns on whenever I take the left earbud out? Same thing when I place it back in; it clearly knows it’s there, and yet the app shows me nothing.
What gives? I’m so incredibly done and disappointed at this point.
