Hey everyone, I’ve been working on a Tamagotchi-style toy made just for the Nothing Phone 3—and I’d love your feedback. Your virtual pet lives in its own little world. When the phone is resting on the table, it plays, eats, or wanders around on its own. But as soon as you pick up your phone, *you* take control of its destiny. You’ll see it grow from an egg to baby, teen, adult, elder… and yes, eventually it can die. Shake your phone to hatch the egg—or bring it back to life. It all plays out on the Glyph Matrix as a toy, and there’s a companion app where you can dive deeper into the pet’s world. A quick update… There is no test link for now but I’ll make sure to include everyone from here that volunteered.

Life got in the way but I’m in holidays at the end of the month with the plan to release this new toy in about one month. Stay tuned and thank you for your patience.

Now until then, can you all tell me a little more about the end game in such a game? I’m planning something funny rather than just dying. I don’t think we need to kill this poor pet that has done nothing just to make a point because you neglected it. Do you all agree?

Sooooo, it's time, who wants to test the app, knowing that it has a million bugs and the graphics need a lot of work?

Hey, thanks for offering! I can’t install APKs on my device due to restrictions, so I won’t be able to beta test. I do think your app has real potential, and even more as a widget, though Essential Widgets might make things more competitive. But if you build features that go beyond what people can create themselves, it could still get great traction on other devices.
