Incoming and outgoing calls not working

I have used my nothing 3a for 3 days now for the first two days the call cam perfectly from now today onwards it stoped working . I switched off and oned took the SIM out and put it back in , is there anything more I need to to fix it . Can anyone reply to help me fix

After the updates my outgoing calls stopped and there is no call barring option showing in my call setting. This is a very serious issue that nothing should fix immediately. Without outgoing call it will bring lots of serious problems.

Both these issues are something you should reach out to technical support for. They’ll have troubleshooting for you to do!

I did call on a customer support. She asked me for trouble shooting and i did but the issues hasn’t been resolved. And she asked to return the device if it is warranty period. It has been only three months. Instead of solving the problem she just asked me to return the phone. It is because of the updates i installed today.

A warranty swap of your device is a solution, is it not?

I have had a similar issue whenever I had a call connection I could hear the other but they couldn’t hear me. The issue appeared not from the beginning it came after a while. Solution: Removed the phone app and installed another one. Up to now ok
