📱 "Hey Google" – Triggering Glyph Matrix Animation on Nothing Phone 3 animation

Hi all,

I recently noticed that when I call out “Hey Google” or trigger the Gemini Assistant on my Nothing Phone 3, the Glyph interface doesn’t respond—there’s no animation or indicator on the Glyph Matrix to show it has been activated or is listening.

Previously, when I used the Nothing Phone 1, the Glyph lights would respond with a voice input animation—a kind of volume level indicator that would go up and down as I spoke to the Assistant. This was really useful as it gave me visual confirmation that the Assistant was actively listening and picking up my voice.

Is there any way to enable this behaviour on the Nothing Phone 3?

Do I need to tweak a specific Glyph setting, enable a Developer option, or is this feature no longer supported?

Or is this something that might be added in a future update?

Would really appreciate any tips or confirmation if this is still possible.
