I know this is a tiny thing but, after mysteriously losing the screw after 3 weeks from drop day, I’m left with an orange CMF2 Pro phone that looks like it’s missing a tooth.
I tried several times to get (even pay for) a replacement but the customer service people were robotic in their non-help. They did suggest I bought an accessory that included one … except it wasn’t for sale.
I even tried getting a replacement from Etsy but it’s got sparkle on it and is about 20 shades too light.
When in London, recently, I even tried my luck at the Soho shop…no joy… so…
Who designs a phone with a bit that easily gets lost (I’m extrapolating from my own experiences) and doesn’t order a bunch of spare parts to be printwd out?? Their design team needs to learn the differenfe between UI and UX.
So frustrating as I love the phone and the Nothing OS.
