SumitPai Kapsss 👾 thats because of the restriction on side loaded apps. You can disable it easily. Go to app info -> Click on three dots on the top right corner and select allow restricted permissions. This will allow side loaded apps to have the permissions required. If you still didnt get it, message me personally through Nothing Community.
