Camera Integration with 3rd Party Apps

Hey Guys I am using nothing 3a pro and I have some doubts regarding why my phone’s 3x lens and ultra wide lens is not properly working with 3rd party applications like Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp etc.

I have heard most Android phones face this issue and Most of the applications are well integrated with iPhones. Is this the issue from Application developer side?

It’s mainly there fault yes - nothing could collab like Samsung or Google to support it fully

More or less yes.. Sometimes they will optimise their apps for a select handful of Samsung/GPixels but not much else. I’ve heard of some hacks to spoof apps into thinking your phone is a pixel to expose ultrawide to apps but not sure if this works for camera quality

Nicouschulas only if snapchat/meta choose to however.. They will only collaborate if they consider it worth their time which is why no one else has done it

Unable to scan QR codes using payment / banking apps 80-90% of the time.

I’ve to quit the app and try multiple times. This often doesn’t work and I’ll need to resort to another payment method that doesn’t require scanning a QR code.
