GeraltRivia1993 sometimes my 3a also goes out of the connection. Same to previous Samsung devices I’m having cause they like “care” for people’s health in receiving less connectivity. Sometimes there’s just a problem of an internet provider, not a phone itself🤷🏼‍♀️

I had this problem only with this phone and my brother who have my NP3 for testing if issues happen on another network has the same problems. His NP2 begun to have this issues too 😂 which is ironic. The support don’t want to proceed to a free repair… I will wait next uptade and if the problem isn’t fixed i will send my NP3 on repair. This is very sad that i have to pay for that. By the way the support is trash (4 days to have a answer in France and they don’t read the questions…). Very poor customer support !

GeraltRivia1993 The support is just ZERO, every time i filled an inquiry, i got an AI crap reply that offer me to do things, click on menu that’s not even existing on the phone. I think i just never speak to a real human. And AI just thrown nonsense just to “offer a reply” lot of time. So yes it’s not the best side of Nothing.

True sadly… My conclusion is when things are working the way they are supposed to the products are very good but when you start to have issues it’s hell 😭.

I have the same WiFi connection network loss issue too.. the icon of WiFi just disappear for few minutes
