Hello, I have previously experienced this issue, although it’s not happened recently. I noticed this on a previous trip, when I returned to my resort to review the days photographs, a portion of them were not saved. So, I experimented with a couple of processes/procedures and found that one sure method was to ensure that my photos were saved was to open the google photo app after each photo taking session, and visibly watch my photos upload, as sometimes this process is either delayed (traffic or queued) As to why our devices had not saved the images, is still a concern, as I have not found mine either. As I say, since checking each time, I have not experienced any losses.
