Hi there! From my experience with the phone, Verizon was impossible. I put my sim in and they locked me down, even after I was using it showing full support. That fight was not worth the try, from my experience.
Anyways, I then put a Boost mobile sim in, worked great. Boost uses AT&T and T-Mobile bands. I also travel for work (typically major cities up and down US East Coast) and took Boost mobile on it with me and it worked great, had service everywhere. Mind you, I do have a work phone on Verizon and everywhere I have gone, for dropped calls, they occurred on Verizon as well (2-way lanes wooded highways.)
This also applied to using boost on other Nothing devices up and down the east coast the CMF Phone 1 and Nothing Phone 3(a).
