Constant hissing noise with ANC enabled on one side

Hi, I just got the new Nothing Headphone (1) and noticed an issue: when ANC is turned on, there is a constant hissing noise on one side. When ANC is off, the sound is fine. It feels like something might be wrong with the ANC microphones. Has anyone else experienced this problem or found a solution?

I had this issue from the very beginning, no matter what volume level I used. I ended up returning the headphones and got a replacement, and with the new pair the problem is completely gone.
