I too have reported this to Nothing a few days ago, as my 3a Pro rattles from the camera end of the device. Sadly, as I purchased mine as a nearly new used phone from an established reseller, I have no invoice and warrantee protection, so I will have to pay for any repairs personally. Nothing support have been good and swift with their responses and possible solutions. Essentially, Nothing support suggested returning the device whereby they would replace camera component, carry out device inspection and service, with postage both ways, total of £89.00 + VAT (UK service support). I previously sent them a short video lightly shaking my device up and down and side to side for evaluation. Not once did they suggest that this was “normal” or expected from my 3a Pro, suggesting that it is faulty. The difficult decision now, is to whether I live with the rattle, as my device is operating perfectly with great battery performance (aside from a few software glitches which have developed since the last update, which other owners have also mentioned) or return the device, have it repaired only to later experience other faults which may develop, as the device has been compromised/repaired Essentially the rattle comes from the periscope lens, the noise is immediately cancelled when you set it on 70mm 3x zoom, at x1 the noise returns…..hate this feeling, love the device!
