We’ve been closely following your feedback around the recent Headphone (1) firmware update and we want to start by saying, we hear you and thanks for voicing your concerns.
We understand some of you are experiencing issues with sound performance, particularly around bass response and volume levels. Before making any further changes, we want to take the time to properly understand what’s happening across different users and setups.
To do that, we’re rolling out a short feedback survey which will be open for 2 weeks (closing date will be 26th November) to help us collect detailed insights directly from you. This will allow us to diagnose the problem accurately and guide future updates.
