Hi, I unboxed my headphones today and immediately updated them to the latest version. From what I’ve read here, I have a similar impression to the person above – the transparency mode is impressive, and the ANC works very well. As for the sound, I’ve used several QR codes from YouTube reviewers. So far, the DMS configuration from Linus’s video suits me best and is satisfactory, but the volume level is definitely too low! I feel like the headphones’ maximum volume is about 70% of their intended volume.
The bass isn’t sufficient for me either, even with the gain set to level 5. I can definitely feel it, and it fits the songs well, but I don’t feel the vibrations I was looking for.
Please focus on increasing the maximum volume and bass output. I think I’ll keep them for 30 days, and if things don’t improve, I’ll consider returning them. Although, aside from the comments I’ve made here, they’re almost perfect, certain aspects are a dealbreaker for me. You’ve made a beautiful product. Please don’t abandon it. I’ll also post this comment on the Nothing X app.
