SleepingAtSea I myself tried the reset, also without help sadly. I did get a response from support just now that sounds somewhat comforting. It’s the following:
"Thank you for reaching out and sharing your honest feedback about the current situation with the Nothing Headphone (1). We completely understand how important the bass enhancement feature is to you and the community, and we hear you loud and clear. Rest assured, we are dedicated to providing you with the support you need.
Please know that your concerns are taken very seriously. We have shared your feedback with our relevant teams to ensure it is fully understood and prioritized. While we don’t have an exact timeline to share right now for the next update, please rest assured that work is actively ongoing to improve the experience and address the bass enhancement issue."
Even though they couldn’t say an exact time for when the update comes regarding the bass enhancement, they do seem to acknowledge the issue and working on it. All we can do is hope it’ll actually fix the issues we’re having.
