Nothing Ear (2) Buds Stem Glue Defect

My Nothing Ear (2) right side buds stem cover (the transparent part) got detached from the module.I contacted the service centre to get repaired they told me that it cannot be repaired or servicable.They can be only replaced with a new whole product which will cost me upto ₹6000 ie. The almost 90% price when I bought the product.Is this you mean by service support 👎.I bought this product on 22nd January 2024 that’s only one and a half year of product.

The service centre I visited is Infobeat Systems,S & S Complex,Shornur Road, Thrissur-680001.The centre Authorised by Nothing.The Authorised service centre can’t even repair this simple issue.

AllenThottan Bro I’m also from Thrissur. Facing the same issue. Fed up talking to the service centre people and carefully super glued it myself. It works fine now, just it doesn’t look as good as before. Most probably will update to the next generation of ear(open) when it releases

I too had this defect in my Ear (2) few months back after 1 and a half year of usage. the customer support asked me to replace the product same as yours, instead I used a glue to stick it back and it’s going good. Let’s see how long it holds up.

ShiveshChauhan yeah but It’s the responsibility of the authorised service centres of Nothing Tech. It’s not a product of ₹500 to ₹1000.

They should provide us after sevice.
