I still can't believe that people find the NP3 ugly ...

I see all these recent photos of the Pixel 10 and damn, I know Americans have no style, but calling the NP3 ugly … really. This is worse. It’s bland, it’s like white New Balance trainers, baggy kakis and an ill-fitting T-shirt.

I’d accept the comment of EuroTrash style for the NP3 but man this Pixel 10 really is boring.

and these prices … really? people complaining that the NP3 is expensive, damn.

pollenjh I remember living in central Stockholm for a few years. Every design has a purpose. This is garbage and calling a monochrome flat slab colourful … ummmmm … nej.

The NP3 is leaps and bound above with the slight grid transition from lighter to darker forms the rear bottom corner.

100%, Pixels have lost their appeal IMHO. Supper boring design, super expensive. And this is coming from a former Pixel fan.

In a month and a half of owning the NP3 I haven’t had a single person said it’s ugly, everyone is impressed and they tend to stare and analyze the design for a good while.

CMF1_hacker To clarify, I’m not praising the monochromatic “color”-ways or anything. I actually meant these colors.

Then again, Google wants to appeal to the Apple crowd, so the fact that their hardware design language is becoming a bit diluted isn’t surprising. That’s phone companies in 2025 for ya… copying homework but slightly changing it is the norm unfortunately.

Brewer Taranov No. It’s never good to be like that. Tell us, at least, what you find beautiful on the design. It’s sure there are lot of things you find beautiful. We can all have a moment of shock, of stupefaction, where our emotions are completely cut off, but normally as time goes by we begin to think more subtly.

Stereobasic I mean if we’re being truthful, the CMF series, particularly the orange, is the best looking series of phones produced my NOTHING.

The same thing is happening with the NP3 as happened with the NP3A Pro: at first I thought it was horrible, but over time I’m starting to appreciate the design 😄
