Camera Presets/LUTs for Phone 1 ?

Hello everyone. I wanted to know if Phone 1 will ever receive the Camera Preset/LUTs feature. If not then why, is it a hardware limitation ?

DibyalokSatpathy I believe Phone 1 will not receive the LUTs option. The feature was promised for Phone 2 in March and still hasn’t arrived so it’s possible that the tuning is really difficult and it would make no sense for them to spend time on Phone 1 for this. But I would love to be surprised. Still waiting for the feature on my Nothing Phone 2

ArtemisssMoon I posted the codes for the sharing of filters and LUTs and it’s extremely simple. When sharing a filter or LUT, a zip file gets stored at a website owned by NOTHING. This web address is then converted into a QR code that is shared and decoded by other phones. When decoded, the receiving phone gets the URL and downloads the ZIP file with an image and a .JSON file with the presets. It might also have a LUT attached.

It’s quite simple really and would be very simple to roll out to all phones. Also, you get share from whatever Google drive that you wanted.

I am tempted to recompile NOTHING’s camera APK to allow this (sharing on all phones) but my holiday ends in a few days and I won’t have time.
