I noticed horribly fast battery drain after this update. By the end of the day, I had 10% left, with 4 hours of screen time. Spotify In the background about 2 hours, the leaders in consumption are the CPU and mobile network it’s a shame that it used to be much more. Battery health ~95%

Kakarot44 I tried to get this to work but I don’t understand the update screen that appears. I try selecting the .zip file with “Browse” but it doesn’t do anything. It also asks for something at an /sdcard/ota path but I can’t find it. Has anyone been able to get the patch this way?

hi, i’ve installed the update, but the wifi still not working at all (sometimes turns on, but for a ashort period), and the SIM i will check…today.
the support said to wait 24 hours and then they ask me to send the phone to the repair center in Poland. i’m very nervous for that! that issue after the update!!! before the phone works fine! i’m form italy and more or less i will stay 2 week without phone. it’s a big problem for me!! i use the pone for work

any suggestion for the problem???

Buongiorno a tutti.

Lunedì il supporto mi ha richiesto di seguire dei passi per poi inoltrare i file di log generati.

Stamattina mi hanno inoltrato un aggiornamento di sistema “Pong -V3.2-250917-1451-EEA” e dopo aver effettuato l’aggiornamento sembra che il problema sia rientrato. Effettuo il monitoraggio del telefono per un pò di tempo prima di rendere ufficialmente il problema rientrato.

Devo fare i complimenti al gruppo di supporto e a voi tutti per aver condiviso con me il problema avuto con la versione V3.2-250828-1921-EEA

djupex i send also the log, i receive the update (via OTA, in automated way) but does’nt work at all, i have the wifi problem . you onlu the sim?

Si installa come un normale aggiornamento di sistema. Tutto in automatico, consiglio sempre di avere la batteria con un pò di carica, almeno superiore al 50%, consigliabile.

Buongiorno a tutti. Ieri ho riacceso il telefono e ho visto che aveva un aggiornamento. L’ho fatto e questo sembra che ha risolto i problemi alla sim e al drenaggio anomalo della batteria.
