I haven’t used some of the higher-touch-sampling phones before, but this definitely doesn’t feel like 1000Hz sampling.
For context, I’ve used a 1000Hz polling rate mouse and they feel really quick and responsive. To double-check on my phone, I run some tests using the ADB tool, and the results showed around 250–270 Hz.
Am I missing something here, or is the advertised 1000Hz touch sampling not the same as what I’m testing? Would love to hear others’ experiences and thoughts.
