Intermittent Cellular Connectivity (Dual SIM) - Phone (3)

Hi All,

I am having intermittent internet and connectivity problems

Sometimes, it would work allright but most times , it shows 4G/4G+ but internet does not work at all

Anyone experienced this?

I already tried restarting phone, toggle airplane mode, changed my simcard, tried my simcard on another phone which worked well, reset network settings, etc

I tried everything including contacting nothing customer service who is still investigating with their engineers hence I am at a dead end

Funny thing, it all started when I had an incoming Malaysian call to my 2nd simcard while working in Philippines with a local Filipino simcard
