Facing Play Protect device certification issue

I am unable to use many apps since they show as not compatible on playstore for the device. Realised that it’s a Play Protect certification issue. Tried registering using GSF ID. Issue still persists. How do I resolve this? I have not unlocked bootloader. Developer mode is switched off as well.

Never got fixed. Exchanged that phone for a new Phone 3.

Jozf Benestin🇮🇳 i did some research and you can solve it buy registering gsf id from a website…but gsf id cannot be found by any app…

JP bro I have already registered it with GSF ID, and the website shown the device registered successfully but not changing on my device it’s still not certified. Actually we can find our GSF ID with an hidden app inside easily. Actually it should be successfully register my device With GSD ID but why it’s not getting certified now even after registering on the website is because the Google pre authentication API is completely missing from the device so even if we register on Google Website our device will not get registered
