For users who have already bought Phone (3), they will get credit for a future Nothing purchase. Please contact Nothing Support.
I had contacted support, and they replied by offering giving 10k Flipkart voucher!
Had asked them - We are offered 10K. Is that company policy, or is it decided on a case-by-case basis?
Since the program is to support loyal Nothing customers, I don’t understand the rationale behind this!
1. Brought the phone 3 paying 66k after phone1 exchange. If the same was brought today, it would cost me 34k .32K difference.
2. Brought the phone in July, it’s been only 2 months.
3. People who had used phone1 and brought phone3 only out of love for the phone. Even when the whole world was debating how it is flagship phone [PS: I don’t care because I still love the phone3 experience]
4. Are we less loyal?
5. If we are considered, shouldn’t we be considered for the same 30k discount?
6. Why a Flipkart voucher of 10k and not 30k? Or why not offer nothing products of the same worth?
I feel disappointed with what is being offered to loyal customers who brought phone3 when the loyalty program was not even announced.
PS: Whether it’s offered or not, I still love my Phone3 and Nothing products; I use them for what they offer. But being indifferent to us, it has added a tinge of sadness and disappointment.
