Thanks for the reply. I tried clearing the camera app cache and restarting the phone. The phone basically locks itself, as per my security settings. I don’t know what else to do. Thanks.

Derren When the main camera (or other two on the back) is being used inside the camera app then the front cam is off and despite of screen attention being toggled on it won’t work, screen will still turn off if you don’t regularly tap around with camera app open. I have it [screen attention] on and it happens always but only in the camera app with using one of three cameras on the back (not with the front one, obviously, because screen attention can work then).

almos Yep, they need to fix that within the camera app. Just like Reddit or Instagram won’t go to sleep if a video/reel is playing, or like GCam won’t let the screen turn off if it’s in the app itself, etc. So, hopefully, they’ll push the patch soon because this is really annoying 😁
