My new Nothing Phone 3 has already stopped working.
It was subject to rain but nothing else.
It is advertised as IP68 so wouldn’t expect water to be a factor?
What have other people’s experiences been so far, I got about a month out of it for 850 euro!
Oh and the service reps arent giving me any hope of a replacement.
They will assess for water damage or man made damage, there isn’t a scratch on it
Then have to pay about 100 euro in service and shipping and if they deem further “out of warranty” damage it’s 450 euro to replace!!
What a disaster of a company, worst waste of money ever
Stick to modest priced phones in future and will avoid all Nothing products in future.
