Hi, recently I’ve noticed that the Over-Ear detection on my Headphone(1) didnt work well anymore, basically it doesnt chime in when I wear and/or it doesn’t automatically pause the music when removing from my head. I tried resetting it a couple of time and it only chimes in once when I put it in my ear, but it still won’t pause the music nor chiming in when i put it back afterwards. Is this a firmware issue or my device is being defective?
