NP3User I’ve run a test my end and can confirm the same stuttering issue, what I did find interesting is if you enable “Show refresh rate” in Developer Options you can see it jump between 60 and 120 frequently when you are navigating the phone while a YouTube video is playing in pop up view. If you enable “Force peak refresh rate” in Developer Options it forces everything to 120 and the stuttering is gone. Another option to remove stuttering outside of Developer Options is to set Display Refresh Rate in Display Settings to Standard which forces everything to run at 60, which isn’t ideal either. So it’s definitely a bug with this open beta.
