What are your thoughts on being unable to track your daily distance in miles or Kms like you can your daily steps on the app?

MarkG13 Just link the watch to Strava. Mileage and GPS all work. I am still having trouble getting Heart Rate data to sync to Strava, though it syncs nicely to Google Fit. Customer support is working on getting HR to sync to Stava.

JonBek same. No HR to Strava is a deal-breaker for me. However, I am confident they will get HR to work with STRAVA. The GPS could be slightly improved and I am curious whether that will happen?

Good to know that the HR pulls over to GFit but all of my mates from childhood in the states are on Strava. So, it would be nice if it works.

I guess I could go from CMFW3P to GFit to Strava perhaps?

JonBek I’ve just tried to do this. I’ve downloaded Strava and set up an account but I can’t find where to link up the watch 3 Pro. It’s not listed anywhere. Or am I doing it wrong?

Maybe I’m doing it wrong and that’s why the HR is not pulling through.

Can you please reply if the HR data gets pulled through. Also, HR only events do not seem to be making an event in Strava before the recent update.

CMF1_hacker Thank you for your advice. That was what I had done but it gave me a list of brands and apps to choose from and neither CMF or the Nothing X app were there. But somehow the information is showing up on Strava. But to your question, sadly there’s no heartbeat information there.

Missing LTE is big deal breaker for me. They should provide LTE in future releases.

MarkG13 I had a Strava account before and access the pre-existing account via Nothing X. If I add Google Fit to my phone, will Nothing X add that are try to connect?

CMF1_hacker I really don’t know I’m sorry. I don’t know if I have Google Fit either but I’ll have a look at it as well and see what happens

MarkG13 it’s really frustrating as it could be an excellent product but it’s not quite there yet.

CMF1_hacker Well I’ve got set up on Google Fit and there seems to be some heart related information on there and something called Heart points. I don’t know if that’s any use to you? It was very easy to set up as well.

This “Pro” watch from 2025 appears to be missing essential features I depend on with my 2020 Huawei GT2 (non Pro) watch.

Feature 1: My 5 year old GT2 watch detects when I’m asleep or awake and automatically activates/deactivates “do not disturb”. Isn’t this an obvious component of any sleep monitoring functionality?

Feature 2: My 5 year old GT2 functional watch faces allow me to select what is shown in each small sub dial, including other time zones. The probability of CMF/Nothing guessing what I want to see - time in another time zone, heart rate, steps today, date - is pretty small.

I’d appreciate the thoughts of someone from Nothing on these deficiencies. Intentional for some good reason I’m not aware or missing for some other reason?
