No updates, still working with support on my watch. I’m facing an issue that really hurts the overall experience:
The bezel crown wheel performs very poorly. When scrolling through menus or lists, the frame rate drops drastically. It looks and feels like maybe 15fps. The lag makes the bezel crown practically unusable because it’s impossible to tell what I’m scrolling through with such heavy frame dips.
Additionally, my watch firmware is still three versions behind, yet it somehow includes the Vive Lite watch face that supposedly arrived in one of those later updates. That doesn’t make sense…it’s like my firmware is stuck in between versions.
I’ve already factory reset the watch three times and tested pairing across multiple devices. Despite all of that, none of the missing firmware updates appear for me. @RapidZapper Please advise.
