After updating my device to Nothing OS 4.0, I am experiencing several software-related issues which are affecting normal usage. Please find the detailed report below

1. Settings App Error
Pop-up appears frequently: “Settings suggestions keeps stopping”
Options visible: Close App / App Info

2. Calling Screen Not Visible
During incoming calls (both normal SIM calls and WhatsApp calls), only ringtone is heard, but no caller ID / call notification / call screen appears.

3. Apps Reloading Every Time
Opening any app → going to home screen → and reopening within a second makes the app restart/reload completely, instead of resuming.

4. Settings Search Not Working
The search option inside Settings app is completely unresponsive.

5. Picture-in-Picture (PiP) Issue
In apps like YouTube or other video apps, after minimizing to PiP mode, when I try to maximize back to full screen, it does not respond.

6. Device Lagging Despite Free Storage
Even though around 70% of storage is free, the device is still lagging / hanging frequently.

7. Volume Change Delay
When increasing or decreasing volume:
The actual sound change happens after a delay.
The volume level display on the screen also appears late.
