It’s understandable to feel that way, but there should also be the consideration that at least Nothing is experimenting. Sure, Samsung and other companies are innovating, but not in ways that are unique, unlike Nothing.
Sure, the Nothing Phone (3) wasn’t a good release, but it was a different. A splash of colored water in the bucket filled with regular, colorless water. On the other hand, Nothing OS 4.0 not getting traction is pretty understandable no? It’s a BETA release, not a full release. The AI updates as well are future updates, a roadmap, not an immediate change.
And I’d hold out on not receiving updates, I can’t help with you that unfortunately, but you also need to remember that NOS 4.0 is a beta release and I’m sure that Android 17 isn’t going to release anytime soon. You’ll still receive all of the 4.X updates.
