Hey everyone, I wanted to take some time out write about my recent experience on my newly bought Nothing Phone 3. It could’ve been a really bitter experience but kudos to nothing after sales service.
I bought my nothing phone 3 on 27th September 2025, and was really happy with the purchase however the disaster struck me on 1st October 2025, it was a fine morning and I was enjoying my breakfast while watching something on YouTube and suddenly, the screen went blank and it never turned on. I plugged my phone on charging but instead of any signs of life on screen, I got blinking red recording light at the back instead and with that the phone went cold.
I was dumbstruck on what have I done wrong or what just happened, I contacted the Nothing customer service on call and they guided me to reach out to nearest sevice centre and even helped me to locate the nearest center.
I visited the service centre on that day only, they took 1-1.5 hrs to inspect the phone and then the lady at the desk told me that still the phone showed no signs of life and hence as per their policy, they are going to replace my phone on that very day.
I waited for 30 mins more and they got me a new sealed Phone 3 box and apologized for the inconveniences caused. They even instructed me to check the new device and complete the setup process just in case to make sure everything was fine.
So after all this hassle, I can say that I really felt valued that on the very same day, the necessary actions were taken and it was made sure that I was satisfied after visiting their service centre. Kudos to team Nothing for setting up such standards and policies for after sales service.
