Dear CMF Support Team,
I’m facing an issue with my CMF Watch. Today, I slept for about 6 hours, and the watch correctly detected my sleep duration. However, around 2 PM, the watch switched off due to low battery. After charging and turning it back on, I noticed that all my sleep data had disappeared — there’s no sleep history shown in the app.
It seems that the device doesn’t properly save data when the battery runs out, which indicates a problem with the memory function. Please look into this issue and provide a solution.
