I’m honestly surprised to find out that there’s no official Nothing service center in Vadodara, which is a big city. Even Nadiad, a much smaller town, has one. That’s really disappointing.
I recently bought a CMF Phone 2 Pro on 27th September 2025 through Swiggy Instamart. The delivery was super quick—just 20 minutes to my office. I had bought it as a gift for my wife, so I didn’t open the box immediately.
When I got home that evening and gave it to her, we noticed the box seal was already broken and re-glued. Inside, there was a phone, charger, and cable. The phone looked fine at first, but there were minor scratches on the back.
I checked the activation date on Nothing’s website and found that it had already been activated on 14th July 2025, almost two months before my purchase date. That was shocking.
To make things worse, the charger didn’t work at all. I confirmed this by testing with another charger, which charged the phone properly.
I immediately contacted Instamart support, but they only raised a ticket and haven’t responded to emails or calls since. Then I called Nothing customer care, who gave me a Vadodara service center number. But when I called, they told me that the Vadodara center is closed—something even customer care didn’t seem to know.
When I called back, they shared the Ahmedabad service center address, which is around 150 km away from me. That’s just not practical.
So right now, I’m stuck with a pre-activated phone and a faulty charger, and no proper service support. Customer care refused a home replacement just because I purchased the phone through Instamart, not directly from Nothing’s site.
Honestly, this is a very poor experience for a brand like Nothing. I hope the team takes note and improves service accessibility and support quality, especially for major cities like Vadodara.
