For this of you who installed the update, is battery life really worse? I’m currently on 4.0 beta and was deciding whether I should go back or not!

If you don’t notice it, then it should be fine for you. Then there’s no reason to go back.

I updated to the beta and haven't gotten any updates since.

When will I get the full released 4.0?

Bc I'm on android 16 beta and still running security updates of last September

My update (Camera Bug Fixed) is stucked, not being able to complete the download or - when it painfully does it - the installation process fails 🙁
It has been like this for 15 days now and the phone is heating with high battery drain.

Suggestions? Reset to factory? Is there a way to backup everything?

You need to manually backup your device afaik. Try factory resetting and maybe a roll back
