Hi team,
I’m reaching out as a concerned customer who placed a confirmed and shipped order for the Nothing Phone 3 via Flipkart—only to have it abruptly cancelled citing a “pricing error.” What’s troubling is that many other customers who placed similar orders at the same price received their phones, while others like me had our orders revoked.
In addition to the product cost, Flipkart charged us:
Offer Handling Fee
Payment Handling Fee
Protect Promise Fee
These charges were accepted, yet the product was not delivered. I’ve already filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and am seeking clarity—not a refund, but the product itself.
I’d like to ask:
What is Nothing’s official stance on this situation?
Were these cancellations coordinated or approved by the brand?
Will Nothing support affected customers who placed valid orders?
