Hotspot Not Detected on Windows 11

I use a CMF Phone 1 and Lenovo IdeaPad on Windows 11.

I turned on my Personal Hotspot on device but it doesn’t show up in my Windows 11 laptop.

While the Hotspot shows up on other Android and Apple Devices.

Tried all other ways like switching to 2.4GHz, changing the security settings & even Network Settings Reset, NOTHING worked.

Other Android devices (I used a Redmi Note 9) Hotspot are visible and are working fine with my laptop.

It seems to be a CMF Phone 1 to Laptop issue.

Is this a genuine bug, has anyone got a workaround?

Maybe blocked, maybe is your laptop to old and doesn’t support the Standart

Guru uninstall bluetooth drivers and reinstall them fresh… sometimes drivers cause this issue… happened with me also.. reset doesn’t fix this issue… and check if other android hotspot connect to your laptop or not?

I have cmf ph 1 and it works great with my msi laptop… i use Hotspot sometimes…but i use usb tethering more… i suggest you to do the same if possible…

did you check the blocklist of hotspot?

aaritgupta891 Checked it and my laptop is Wifi 6 and supports 2.4 & 5Ghz, other Android phones Hotspot shows up as mentioned above.

I think it’s the Phone’s issue for sure.
