Macrodroid with Nothing OS

So i ended up using macrodroid to make the animations scale and duration stay at 0.5 when opening WhatsApp.

I’m also using Macrodroid to extend battery life and put WhatsApp to sleep, among other apps. Also it turns on powersaving mode when locking the screen.

Only thing left is to wait for the official or next OS 4 update

Ugh, seriously! My phone’s been acting up the same way. It’s so weird why it’s zapping my battery like crazy, like it’s eating up half my juice while sitting ideal by the end of the day! 😕

So it’s Nothings system which is not working well with WhatsApp. I guess it’s only happening to me.

But as far as battery draining, the development team told me they are working on fixes for the next update.

JochieSantiago Hey, so it’s not the exact same issue, but it’s definitely in the same ballpark. Btw, that’s my device in the pic! 😕

Aaditya where is the Nothing Launcher service? Lol 😂

Also yea, if they are not going to add any news features in the next update, then they most definately improve OS experience and performance.

That’s kind of the whole idea, right? If you can’t add new features, just make the device better optimize with the hardware, you know, like Apple does.

Yeah, I’m not sure what is going on with your WA and video calls. I see some battery drain, but the highest battery drain is like 10% per hour or video call, which is consistent with running the SoC hard.

I think this is WA not agreeing with the developer settings you’re changing rather than a 4.0 beta problem.
