Phone 3 Slow charging issue - help

I bought nothing phone 3 model 7 days ago and I bought 65w original nothing charger. From day 1 I don’t see the phone charged fast. It took more than 1.5 hours, 2 hours and drains fast.

The main reason I chose nothing 3 is better camera and fast charge.

What’s happening?

I notice the charge speed goes upto max 27w only.

It not even touch 30w. Why is tis ?

The same charger I charged with moto edge 50 pro it charges upto 60w.

I used direct wall socket.no extension board.

I face this issue in nothing os v3.0 to till latest v3.5 (last update)

Exactly, I’m facing this too. I have been fighting with Customer Care for weeks.

While Using Nothing 45W Charger

Max 10-12W (From AccuBattery App)

While using CMF 140W GaN Charger.

Hope somebody helps us.

No one has seen sustained charging over 30W since release. It’s unlikely to occur as well. There’s a German tread that uses proper measurement via power consumption from the plug and never sees sustained consumption above 30W either, this it is not an app issue.

It’s likely something with the PPS-handshake and a lack of mandatory standardisation of charging rates (no ISO requirements).

Mine never crosses 12W while charging using either Nothing 45W or CMF 140W charger.

tarunspartan if it’s not PPS-enabled on the side of the charger, it will not hit 30W.
