why does 4.0 brings almost no good new stuff. new icons? new preset? new spotlight-like wallpapers packed with ads? i loved the things you (make/made) but now i start to suspect the only thing you guys do good is praising. one greed-stinking led light for new phone? oh sorry i meant "signature glyph light")))

Hello everyone,

I recently learned that Nothing OS 4.0 includes ChatGPT as an AI tool, which is great to see. However, I would really like to suggest adding the option to use Perplexity AI as an alternative in the main version of the system. It would be helpful to have a choice between different AI tools, so users can select the one that best fits their communication style and understanding.

I personally have the Pro AI version, but I find that ChatGPT sometimes responds in a language or style that I have difficulty understanding. Having Perplexity AI integrated as another tool would make the experience much more comfortable and flexible for many users like me.

Thank you for considering this idea, and I hope it can be discussed for future updates!

I'm not sure if this is the right section to give feedback to the developers, but I’d love for LUTs to be usable in videos as well, and for preset creation to be more advanced by integrating pro features like white balance and exposure 🙂

Some responses I receive refer to changes in the “AI button” or “shortcut,” but what I am talking about is the main/default AI assistant built into the system.Currently, the default AI is ChatGPT, but I have a Perplexity Pro subscription and would like the option to set Perplexity as my main AI assistant, not just as an option through a button or shortcut. My suggestion is for Nothing OS to let users choose between ChatGPT and Perplexity as their core system AI assistant, so each user can select what works best for them.Thank you for considering this distinction

Hi! If you go to Settings, you’ll see a new option called “AI Assistant.” When you open it, you’ll notice it mentions the new ChatGPT capability as the default assistant.

What I’m asking for is the ability to change this to other AI options. I would like Nothing OS to let users choose a different main AI assistant (for example, Perplexity) instead of only ChatGPT.

So the path is: Settings → AI Assistant → (currently shows ChatGPT as the new capability). My request is to add a way here to select other AI providers, so each user can pick their preferred assistant.

Also, while Transitioning from AOD to Lockscreen, the display blinks, when it will get fixed, the same issue was in the phone 3, it got fixed in its os 4 beta, but wasn't fixed in Phone 3a's os 4 beta

mightymmax O, i am getting what you are saying, but i dont think so that will happen, coz from the start, nothing has some kind of partnership with openAI, so, they won't add any other option, rather than chat GPT
