I recently purchased the Nothing Phone (3a) and noticed a visible metallic part near the earpiece area. I even visited the authorized service centre, and they told me it’s “normal,” but it clearly doesn’t look like it should be.
If this is part of the design, it needs to be clarified officially. If not, then there’s a serious quality control issue that needs to be addressed.
I request the team to escalate this to the technical/QC department and provide a clear explanation or fix. Customers expect consistent build quality — please ensure proper QC checks on future batches.
