We’re now rolling out Personal Sound to Headphone (1), bringing personalised audio tuning to your over-ear listening experience.
Everyone hears differently, from sensitivity to certain frequencies to how we perceive bass and treble. Personal Sound adapts the audio to your individual hearing profile, delivering a more balanced and immersive sound that is tuned to you.
It starts with a quick hearing test in the Nothing X app. Based on the results, a personalised EQ profile is generated and saved directly to your headphones. The system then continuously analyses what you are listening to and adjusts the sound in real time, helping you hear every detail clearly and naturally.
To try it out, update both your Headphone (1) firmware and the Nothing X app to the latest version. You will find the setup option within the app. It takes around three minutes and can be toggled on or off anytime.
