Anonymous962 That’s the beauty of any community. You’ll always find different kinds of people here. Some are content with what they have, some are enthusiasts who enjoy exploring every feature, and others are regular users sharing honest feedback. Everyone’s entitled to their own opinion.
I checked your previous discussions and it’s clear you genuinely support Nothing and try to help others by suggesting things like using ADB. That’s great, you care about the brand. But in a way, those who complain also care. They just express their frustration differently because they expected more from the brand they believed in.
The reality is, the markets are very different. In Europe, users have fewer smartphone options, and Nothing stands out by offering great specs for a reasonable price. So it feels like a solid deal even with a few compromises. But in Asia, especially in India, the story’s different. We have tons of brands and models that offer more features and specs at a similar or even lower price. So when users buy a Nothing phone, it’s often because they trust the brand’s promise (bloatware free experience) and when that promise doesn’t live up to expectations, the disappointment shows as strong opinions or complaints.
It’s really just a difference in perspective. What feels like a small issue in one market can be a big deal in another. And yeah, I’ve seen both sides, toxic complainers and toxic fanboys who shut down genuine feedback. Every community has a bit of both.
No need to take it too personally, though. Sometimes it’s good to take a break from the noise. I do that too now and then. Anyway, take care, and hope to see you around again someday.
