Ant-e-so-shial They want the flagships to be bloatware free, and non flagships to include these bloatware services to gain some money, they clearly mentioned that.
And I know if you owned a Phone(3) you wouldn't care less about bloatware coming to non flagships, all this commotion is because it's coming to Phone(3a) pro, which you own.
So whatever you do or say, Nothing has taken a decision. If you are ok with it buy and use a Nothing phone, else you have other brands.
Oh right, your solution is for me to sell my phone at a loss because the company didn’t keep its promise? Brilliant logic.
I bought my Phone (3a) Pro for ₹32,000, and now it’s worth barely ₹12,000 on exchange. Even if I sell it for ₹20k, I’d still be taking a hit.. all because Nothing decided to backtrack on its “clean experience” promise.
If I wanted to play this losing game, I’d have just bought the Pixel 8a instead.. it’s cheaper and actually delivers what it promises. But I didn’t. I trusted Nothing because they marketed themselves as minimal and bloat-free. That’s the experience I paid for.
Why should the customer take the hit when the company messes up?
We paid a premium for that clean experience, not for a phone stuffed with “optional partnerships.”
And of course I’m talking about the 3a Pro — I own it. You, on the other hand, don’t even have the phone but somehow feel the need to defend the company like a PR intern on standby.
You wouldn’t understand the frustration because you’re not affected. So maybe try letting the people who actually bought the device speak, instead of doing free marketing for Nothing.
