Glyph lights and sound out of sync

Buyed my first nothing phone 3a recently and I was trying out things like downloading custom ringtones from glyphtone site but after using them they are not syncing with the song I tried with default ringtone that the phone came with but the glyph are out of sync with them as well . And the notification glyph lights just don't work and the music visualizer is also showing random lights . Idk if this is a hardware problem because if I see the glyphs by selecting ringtone from settings they work fine. I have not upgraded to beta btw. I hope I get help here .Thanks!

Mockingbird That's their atmost capacity. They wanted to provide something different just for the sake of providing something different . I thought the glyphs would open a new world of possibilities when I bought my NP2 , only to get those ever non-syncing glyphs with zero improvements

By the way , I remember their tagline for that product "come to the bright side" 😂 .

Hmm. This is my first and last nothing product now. I regret not buying the one plus at the same price. If this what they have to offer in software. I knew I have compromised hardware at cost of software but if only I knew the reality and there future plans with OS I would not have gone for it. Tagline should be "pushed to the darker void" .🙃
