I get some brown-ish artifacts too when I use Phone (3) is low brightness. Tapping/holding the screen "fixes/gets rid" of the artifacts but when you remove your finger it pops up again.
Kind of a deal breaker for me compared to my old Samsung Note 10+ which didn't have that issue and that phone is like 5 years old lol
