I realized that there is no express option that can be toggled that when you silence the device to automatically turn off touch feedback.

Would be cool if you would add that so we won’t have to go to settings to remove touch feedback every time we silence the device.

So in the camera app the preview is i think 30 fps why don’t u make it 60 or 120 fps it will look wayy cleaner

I love nothing official icon pack only when my device is set on light mode! … In dark mode? They look so cheap and and icons look much darker in dark mode… they not even adapt colours of wallpaper… stays only black while on the other hand in light mode I’ve seen the icons adapt the colours of wallpaper… i love dark mode but I need more beautiful looking os in dark mode!

Yo Nothing team + community,

I’m using the Nothing Phone (2a), and while I vibe with the design and smooth UI, there’s one annoying little ghost haunting my daily life:
notification sounds disappear the moment I connect Bluetooth or wired earphones — even when I’m not wearing them. 😑

Let me explain:
I connect my earbuds → toss them on the table → go on with life.
Then someone sends me a message, or some app tries to notify me, and…
Nothing. Zero sound. Ghosted. 👻

The phone silently reroutes notification sounds to the connected audio device (Bluetooth or wired), assuming I’ve got it in my ear 24/7 like some tech cyborg.
I’m not missing calls (thankfully), but I’m missing important notifications left and right — just because the buds are connected but unused.

Can we please have a simple option like:

🔊 “Always play notifications through phone speaker, even if Bluetooth is connected”

That way, I can stay connected without sacrificing awareness.
Not asking for much — just the right to hear a damn message tone while my earbuds are in chill mode on the table.

Nothing OS is clean and smart — but this behavior feels like a big oversight, especially for people like me who aren’t glued to their audio device 24/7.

Hi Nothing team,

I’ve been facing a small but frustrating issue with the camera app on my Nothing phone.

Whenever I open the camera, I prefer to shoot in 50MP mode with Auto HDR turned off. But every time I reopen the app, it resets back to default settings — 50MP is off and Auto HDR is turned back on.

This makes it inconvenient, especially when I want to quickly capture something in high quality. Sometimes, I forget to change the settings manually again, and the final result doesn’t match my preference.

It would be great if the camera app could remember the last used settings or allow us to set custom default preferences for photo mode. That small tweak would really improve the photography experience for users like me.

Samsung Pay was making me stick to Their A series. But I took the leap, I would request the team for a good payment app which works well for cards that support wallet like Samsung pay. I was able to use it for storing ids through digilocker integration, upi and cards. This is a very important tool that people use every day. Their won’t be any point of nfc if we can’t do secure cards payments. I know this would take time for getting Api permissions, but shouldn’t take a lot of time for approvals for now a relatively larger org.

Can you guys create themes for the Phone. Phones from nothing has its own unique design. I was thinking what if their are quality themes which sync with the phone better just like old nokia phones but in better way. Is it possible?

Spike , Please consider a “shortcuts” or “routine” or “modes” feature like Apple and Samsung devices, a sort of “If this, then that” type of feature, which allows us to create macros, such as when disconnected from wifi, turn on mobile data. This is the only feature I miss from Samsung devices. Such an addition would make NothingOS the best one around. A system wide macro feature like this is crucial for Android users.
